We want you to feel good about UNSAID. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions.
UNSAID is operated by Raquel DeOliveira. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks and card networks typically take 3–10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but is separate from a refund. You can cancel from paddle.net or from your account in the Service. Your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
This policy is offered in addition to — and does not limit — any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country (including, where applicable, EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights).
