We want you to feel good about UNSAID. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions.

Who handles refunds

UNSAID is operated by Raquel DeOliveira. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a secure link to your order history.
  2. Find your UNSAID order and use the "Request a refund" option, or reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle.
  3. You can also contact Raquel DeOliveira through the support contact in the Service and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks and card networks typically take 3–10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.

What's covered

  • Day Pass ($4.99) — refundable within 30 days of purchase.
  • Premium Monthly ($9.99/mo) — refundable within 30 days of the most recent charge. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Premium Annual ($69.99/yr) — refundable within 30 days of purchase or renewal. After 30 days you can still cancel to stop future renewals.

Canceling a subscription

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but is separate from a refund. You can cancel from paddle.net or from your account in the Service. Your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to — and does not limit — any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country (including, where applicable, EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights).
