UNSAID ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Raquel DeOliveira (sole operator), the "Seller". By using UNSAID you are entering into an agreement with Raquel DeOliveira.
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
UNSAID is a reflective tool that uses AI to help you organize thoughts about relationship moments and consider possible perspectives. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or any form of professional or clinical service. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for matters that require one.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have your guardian's permission) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
UNSAID generates AI-assisted reflections. You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for verifying the accuracy of any output, and for how you act on it. You must not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the underlying models. We may filter, refuse, or remove content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
Outputs are provided as-is and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the Service for regulated advice (medical, legal, financial, mental-health diagnosis, etc.) without independent professional oversight.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by Raquel DeOliveira and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate the Service for you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, payment methods, renewals, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
We work hard to keep UNSAID available, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold Raquel DeOliveira harmless from claims arising out of your User Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
Questions about these Terms? Contact Raquel DeOliveira via the support contact provided in the Service. For payment-related inquiries (refunds, invoices, payment methods), please contact Paddle at paddle.net.
